Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 104 === This researches focus on sodium doped zinc oxide nanowire fabricated by hydrothermal method on 100nm ZnO film glass substrates. The sodium doped nanowires were also analyzed with SEM, EDS, XRD, XPS, PL, TEM, and Hall effect measurements. Owing to the results of XRD, we know the Na_2(ZnO_2) was successfully synthesized. Then Hall effect measurements realize the sodium doped ZnO nanowires is p-type character. The photo response and transmission/absorption have the best results on ultraviolet light between 230-380 nm. The phto response was successfully enhaned by the of precious metal nanoparticles fabricated by gold (Au) or platinum (Pt) sputtering. The photo response was shown again that the best result is on 380 nm, and we successfully get the response around 37% with lower concentration 15 ppm measured at room temperature and 6mW/cm² 365nm UV-LED irradiated and after 3 times measurements we know the device have good stability and reproducibility. Last in photodiode test had found sodium doped zinc oxide nanowire modified with Au nanoparticle have the most significant response of 1.8×〖10〗^7 irradiated at 6mW/cm² 365nm UV-LED.
