This study was designed to investigate the current status of the development of Tainan City Little League team, and explore the background and origin of the Tainan City Little League team development, hoping to be able to understand how to take forward Tainan City Little League team work and group training dilemma faced as small group training school baseball team and the higher authorities in promoting and operating the reference. In terms of the status of Tainan City Little League team, the principal support and recognition is still an important factor affecting the team work of training, in order to reduce both students and parents doubt the development of knowledge and ability, coach training methods to train players interest-based, pay attention to players discipline and homework; however,Faced with sharply changing social structure and educational policies, Tainan City Little League team still faces some difficulties as follows: 1. Failed to get school administrators and teachers support. 2. Players insufficient sources, showing fault. 3. Lack of full-time coach, coach insufficient preparation. 4. Insufficient budget, looking for support. 5. Site constraints, not easy to maintain.
