Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 科技應用與人力資源發展學系 === 104 ===   Nowadays, there are many double-income families, the two fields family and work always conflict, so the study examined the relationships of couples’ role obligation, work engagement and happiness. The target population is double-income families which raise children. The sample has 207. As following are study results with correlation and regression. H1-1 the economic in couple’s role obligations and happiness have positive relationship; H1-2 the division of housework in couple’s role obligations and happiness have positive relationship; H1-3 the work and family in couple’s role obligations and happiness have positive relationship; H1-4 the parenting in couple’s role obligations and happiness have positive relationship; H2-1 the economic in couple’s role obligations and work engagement have positive relationship; H2-2 the division of housework in couple’s role obligations and work engagement have positive relationship; H2-3 the work and family in couple’s role obligations and work engagement have positive relationship; H2-4 the parenting in couple’s role obligations and work engagement have positive relationship; H3 the work engagement and happiness have positive relationship; H4 work engagement to role obligations of couples and happiness are full mediation effect.   The study found the double-income couples in order to let the family live better, they will improve their work engagement, and happiness.
