Description
Summary:博士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 美術學系 === 104 === contemporary water-and-ink art as the focus, this paper will analyze the correlations and individual differences as well as seek the comprehensive relationships among the three types of water-and-ink artworks. The findings will serve as a starting point for examining the definition and development of hybrid water-and-ink art in this vein, and the multi-layered facets of water-and-ink painting in the world of modern art will be explored. Section Three (Chapters Four, Five and Six) is dealing with "research on the practice of creating artwork." In this stage, the main points and the general creation process of hybrid ink-and-water paintings will be introduced, as well as my personal philosophy on creation, structure and techniques. This will be the core part of this paper, and the basis for constructing a theory on the practice of creating artwork. Through analyzing the form and style of paintings, the theme and characteristics of each art piece will be summarized, and through the process a practical artwork-oriented creation theory will be constructed. In this section, in a nutshell, through exploring recent material-related concepts, I will discuss the hybrid water-and-ink art III medium and its usage on contemporary water-and-ink artworks, and offer my own personal art philosophy and analysis on creation techniques. Section Four (Chapter Seven), in the "research theory on practical creation and the construction of aesthetic ideas" stage, I will integrate theories on hybrid water-and-ink aesthetics, with the summarized analysis in the previous stage as the basis. I aim to organize a systematic narrative viewpoint from the images and characteristics of artworks themselves. This will include the contemporary attitudes towards different forms of ink art, the multiple ways of exhibiting spatial forms, the juxtaposition of visual and spatial concepts, as well as stylistic language and other aesthetic theories.
