Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系 === 104 === According to proactive motivation model, the propose of this study is to find out how student-athletes' proactive personality affect their personal career decision-making self-efficacy, career motivation, career decision making, and proactive career behavior in their career exploring processing. The Participants, 219 student-athletes in college, filling in 6 different questionnaires to estimate the personal information and their tendency of proactive personality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career motivation, career decision making, and proactive career behavior. The results were derived as the follows: 1. Student-athletes’ proactive personality can positively predict individual’s proactive career behavior. 2. The relationship between student-athletes' proactive personality and proactive career behavior can be mediated by their career decision-making self-efficacy and career motivation. 3. The relationship between student-athletes' career decision-making self-efficacy and proactive career behavior can be moderated by career decision making, but individual's career decision making can't be the moderator between the relationship of career motivation and proactive career behavior. Discussions for the result and and recommendation for future research will be discribed in the study.
