The educators in this research depict New Taipei City public junior high schools and elementary schools principals, the teachers of teachers’ union. The methodology in this research is based on literature review and interviews. The literature review includes the the connotations of the union affairs false, the explanation to the suspect of the union affairs false, and the implementation of the affairs false of other domestic unions. On the other hand, the interview method is used to realize the opinion of the union affairs false towards New Taipei City public junior high school and elementary school principals and teachers. At the last part, the major results from the prior researches were summerized as follows: (1) New Taipei City teachers' union affairs false is in accordance with the current practice of false documents to apply to the school, and the hourly fees must be paid by the union. (2) Educators’ common claims to teachers' union affairs false are to examine the teachers' unions values and representatives. Moreover, the educators union should be standarized by the specific law. (3) Some educators think that teachers' union affairs false may affect student rights to education. (4) Consultations objects towards the union affairs false are still in doubt. Though the principals have approval rights, EDB has the final authority. (5) Except for the suitable objects for union affairs false, the directors and supervisors , it’s still disputed whether other administers are applicable or not and the agreement should be under the negotiation. (6) The problems to overcome that happened on arranging the union affairs false are as below. First, to make sure if the members handle with the affairs related. Second, to confirm that people who should pay for the substitute fees because of the union affairs false. (7) The union affairs false arrangement should be negotiated in the rational and harmonious way and be considered if only striving for the teachers’ welfare under the consideration of the social perception. According to the research results, this study has concluded some suggestions to the policy authority and policy analysts.
