The project of city hall concert Ministry of Education in Keelung has already completed the compensation engineering of detailed valuation, 55 school building of initial valuation, 140 school building of 232 school building up to the end of May, Year 105 of the Republic of China. Although the above compensation engineering can effectively promote the school building, it bears the earthquake ability and however still adopts light, airiness, and circulation...etc. and causes the influence of certain degree to the school building. This research just aims at compensation designs, compensations construction and compensation behind use the periods like stage, etc. depend on school building the user may face of condition, through design, issue and recall the way of questionnaire, aim at and fill to answer a content to carry on the statistics the analysis. Ministry of Education promotion since have the school building to bear earthquake valuation and compensation project, adoption compensation engineering means improvement since have the school building to bear a phenomenon of earthquake ability shortage, undertaking the manufacturer can through this research of statistics result, aptly provide the school building the user at use the function it promote, can certainly make the school building compensation reach a safety and use a double of sex to win.
