There are two cases in this study, as follows: The first case used CDEA to provide a motivated allocation of subsidies in the perspective of Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Agency of Taiwan to allocate Air Pollution Control Fund. In the current literature of bicycle-sharing system, there is little discussion of the allocation of subsidy. The second case used CDEA to allocate bicycles to each bicycle station for Ubike in Changhua. In the current literature of bicycle-sharing system, there is little bicycle allocation for each stations through CDEA. Due to different background and conditions of the two cases, and the lack of discussion about applying Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to bicycle-sharing systems, this paper defines two distinct input-output models, and provides new methods to allocate resources for both cases/scenarios. In the end, this study not only provides the results of the resources allocation, but also proposes suggestions and research direction for further study. In the appendix, there are information and related results to this study for future study and research. Lin, Jenn-Rong 林振榮 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
