Moreover, also the 4G service utilities have been set up well. We can use the Smart Phone with various Apps to be as professional equipment in work or an entertainment device in leisure time. Following by the sale price is ever decreasing, many users change their mobile phones set. Some users are experienced in smart phones and some are just starting to use smart phones. The p.rpose of this thesis is to employ the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) to study the relationsip between users’ perception ease of use, users’ perception usefulness, users’ attitude towarad using, and users’ behavioural intention to use of the large screen mobile phone by the Structural Equation Model technique. Questionnaires are distributed to potential users in Taiwan by an online survey system. Surveyees’ responses are analyzed by the AMOS software to generate our research findings. Research findings indicate that “Perceived ease of use” and “Perceived usefulness” both have a positive impact on users’ “Attitude toward Using”. “Users’ attitude toward using” has positively affected users’ “Behavioral Intention to Use”. It means that users have accepted the trend of large screen mobile phone, hence the branding companies and manufacturers can make marketing plans and forecast of production in order to make users become willing to accept new products and also like to share the their feedbackto other potential users afater use it.
