The perfectionism is measured by The Almost Perfect Scale-Reversed (APS-R)(Slaney, Rice, Mobley, Trippi and Ashby, 2001). The misconception of homosexuality is measured by Knowledge About Homosexuality Questionnaire (KHQ) (Harris, 1998). The attitude of homosexuality is measured by Index of Homophobia (IH) (Ricketts & Hudson, 1980). Based on stratified sampling, there are 232 teachers within 25 schools involved in this research; response rate is 92.8%. The results show: 1. the level of perfectionism shows higher than median (M=4.47, Likert 7-point scale), the misconception of homosexuality shows item difficulty around .6 and the level of friendly attitude of homosexuality shows higher than median (M=3.5, Likert 5-point scale). 2. regarding to perfectionism: teacher with administration job is significantly higher than without on ‘high standard’; the age less than 30 is significantly higher than over 30 on ‘discrepancy’. 3. compared with the misconception and attitude of homosexuality, it shows the age less than 30 is significantly higher than over 30, the length of teaching less than 5 is significantly higher than over 5, with child is significantly higher than without, married is significantly higher than unmarried, having homosexual friends and relatives is significantly higher than not having, having contacted students is significantly higher than not having. 4. the significant low negative correlations between perfectionism and misconception of homosexuality (r=-.17) and attitude (r=-.16). the low level of perfectionism group is significantly better than high group on the misconception of homosexuality, furthermore, the high positive correlations between the misconception and attitude of homosexuality (r=.50). Hence, it is better to improve the misconception and attitude of homosexuality on the teachers tending to the perfectionism for setting up better friendly and righteous campus
