The article investigates the effect of “Minimum Wage System” in Taiwan towards three economic indicators: the employment rate, and the rate of change on work hours and wages. Overall, the average decline of the employment rate is -3.4% with the increasing of the minimum wage, and that of youth workers is -4.2%.
