It explains how the transparency in goods sales is leveraged by member of the supply chain, also the companies' revenue increase because of the introduction of virtual channels. How to control the quality of goods and suppliers after combining Click-and-Mortar (Clicks and mortar is a term describing traditional old economy companies that are taking advantage of the Internet and the new economy it has introduced. The term derives from bricks and mortar, used in the context of the Web to describe traditional companies with physical locations) on telecom industry. This case will establish a system that includes supplier management, customer service, product management and service management module to improve the overall performance of supply chain. The case studies are further analyzed to find out the key factors of combining the virtual and physical channels. The goal of this supply management system is to provide solutions to telecom business in order to raise competitiveness as a whole.
