For some certain purpose, members pursue the profit or defend the rights and interests for themselves, and then political behavior happened. In Chinese organization term, the relationship between them is that most people care about, and trust between each other also affect the interaction between members in organization. Therefore, the research is mainly to investigate whether the performance of teachers’ political behavior would be influenced by their perception of their principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship and trust among coworkers. Researcher expect to provide school practitioners and leaders to understand the complex relationship level, and avoid impacting negatively on political behavior. This study use questionnaire survey method to collect data from teachers’ respond in junior high school in Taipei, New Taipei and Taoyuan City. 900 questionnaires were distributed to 30 junior high schools, and 327 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective returns-ratio was 36.33%. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results shows that male teachers’ perception of their principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship is closer and the political behavior is significantly higher than the female; Teachers', low age and years of work, perception of their principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship is farther away, and they are prefer to use "exchange" as the main strategy of political action; highly educated teachers’ or director’ principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship is closer and they prefer to " conform " their leader;There is less political behavior on the scale of 37-59 classes of school, and the scale of a small school about 12 classes in is closer on their perception of their principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship; The closer perception of their principal’s closeness of the psychological relationship or the higher trust among coworkers is much easier to influence the frequency on political behavior. According to the results of the study suggested that the scale of school should be about 37-59 classes. young or female teachers should be actively involved in school activities for the purpose of a better educational vision.
