Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 藝術與造形設計學系碩士班 === 104 === In past years, art museum in Taiwan have been begun to value and popularize art education. Meanwhile, School consider to make students appreciate and develop aesthetic perception, and collaboration between museum and school is become the rising topic.Under this premise, MoNTUE established the “One piece museum”, the museum- school corporation program, which entering campus by the concept that one deeply developed work. Expect this “one piece” in the school’s small and medium museums could exchange the aesthetic education.
The research take Zhong-Sheng elementary school faculty as the study target, though out on-the-spot observation, data analysis, and interview data resemble, analyzed the museum- school corporation program’s teacher community pattern, developing characteristics, growth of teacher’s profession, and the real influence to the faculty. The research has summarize the conclusion conclude the study purpose and problems as the following.
First, the faculty under the museum-school corporation program has displayed the professional community developing characteristics of the common vision in the educational activities, community activities developing, the echo of teachers social operation and learning community, and the influence of support in emotional support between teachers.
Second, in teachers perspective, the Zhong-Sheng teachers who participated in program are growing in specialized knowledge, skill, and attitude. In the specialized domain, which has capability in museum educational planning, and teaching concept growing. In the specialized skill domain that revealed in the design lesson plan of combination of crossing domain course, internet and multimedia connection, and capabilities of sharing and application. In the specialized attitude that has idea acceptation, self-adjustment, and co-work cognition.
To investigate from actual educational meaning, students have change in learning attitude and creation. Interaction among teachers and students is closer. Students felt the different teaching pattern from traditional class teaching by learning place change and domain crossing courses. Meanwhile, which has revealed different In the document record, course concepts and relative creatures.
