However, these belief which is non-Confucianism, non-Taoism and non-Buddhism develop a context with Taiwanese history. According to Ministry of the Interior statistics, there are 12,106 Taiwanese temples in 2014, it makes the record .Many large temples established legal body of financial group and make diversification strategy gradually. By these temples, there are many local temples beginning to transition and driving the temples’ activities developing vigorously. But now, there is no model for temple. This research uses case study research. Choosing 4 Temples which is in Tainan , be registered temple ,and management committee becomes the cases. By strategic Group religious sphere and location,there are four groups including Consolidating Status , Knocking stone before across the river , Transition expansion and maintaining Tradition. And the cases are Guang Hu Temple ,Zhen Hu Temple ,Pu Ji Temple ,and Shen Xing Temple. According to in-depth interview and observation, sort out environment context and key success factors. This study is based on the Theory of Business Model Generation (Osterwalder&Pigneur,2010) .And probing business model in order to develop a conceptual framework and proposition. The business model of temple is affected by key resource and environment .Environment context has a influence on value proposition and key resource. This study has six propositions: 1. Environment affect goal. 2. Environment affect Resource. 3. Resource affect Environment. 4. Environment affect business model. 5. Goal affect resource. 6. Resource affect business model. In short, the management of temple is influenced by resource and environment. In this study, whether large or small temple should know its strengths and weaknesses first ,and then developing the strategy. Finally, temple takes from society so it should give back to society. Temple is a place which providing service from God. Inculcate people do Right Action. How to consolidate this Value proposition when developing is a big problem. It is different from Enterprise.
