The Cultural and Creative Industries are well-developed and increase economic growth in Taiwan. By combining the product design and local culture, it creates the unique cultural product of Taiwan. Each city has its own feature and The Image of the City could bring tourist crowds. The idea of Jiufen Image Digital Value-added Postcards is based on Scenario as well as the design elements of Jiufen. This research uses the concept of Experiential Marketing and Strategic Experiential Modules to design the questionnaire. Send the questionnaires to tourists in Jiufen and get 100 valid samples. Analysis the data of questionnaires and interview the tourists to have the suggestion of product improvements and new features. The research shows: 1. This product could attract users’attention and they were interesting in using it. 2. This product could provide entertainment and make the users feel immersive. 3. This product could arouse the curiosity of the users. Also, this product could increase the users’willingness to tourism and they are willing to share the information of Jiufen. 4. This product is more unique than other kinds of postcards. 5. This product should increase the variety of languages, information of Jiufen and interactivity. 6.
