Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 社會工作學系 === 104 === Engaged in direct service of social workers, the lack of security and high pressure work environment affects physical and mental health social workers, we want to solve the above problem, respectively, from "personal and organizational needs" and "expect" intervention, that is: identify the impact of social workers work to adapt the way. When the state employees work in adaptation, it means individuals and organizations in the supply and demand meet each other state employees not only wishes to remain high for individuals and families to adapt to life will have a positive help. In view of this study were to work to adapt the theme for dual Taipei City Social Welfare Services in the direct service of social workers as subjects census, survey research methods to study, the researchers issued a total of 174 questionnaires, 148 parts the recovery was 85%. After the questionnaires were collected data analysis, data processing method is descriptive statistics, T-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. In this study, the research found the following: First, the social workers from social welfare services centers of Taipei city and New Taipei city, the length of service of the current service are 2.29 years, the overall fall in the middle of work to adapt to higher performance levels. Second, the Service Features and performance to adapt to social workers working in Taipei city and New Taipei city Social Welfare Services Centre showed a negative correlation. Third, the "Age" which in Personal Background variables, the "Training System" of Professional Growth, Social Support of the "Relationship and Friends Support, Service Features the "Personal Security" to the work of social workers have to adapt to the performance of predictive power, which "Training System the net impact of "the strongest.After exploring Taipei city and New Taipei city social welfare service centers to adapt to performance, according to propose the following findings: First, the Ministry of Health and Welfare authorities can assist city governments to promote the safety of maintenance manuals agencies. Second, the competent authority shall review the appropriateness of existing training programs can be adjusted in the direction of the course content or by work seniority to plan courses.
