Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部運動休閒管理碩(假日) === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of job stress, leisure participation, and physical-mental health among elementary school teachers in Taitung County. A sample of 355 teachers, including regular teachers and substitute teachers, were surveyed for the study. The Jos Stress Scale, the Leisure Participation Scale, and the Physical-Mental Health Scale were the instruments used in this study. The data analysis strategies included the descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression method. 1.The results indicated that male married teachers who teach in Taitung city express higher job stress than their counterparts;2.Teachers with a graduate degree show higher leisure participation than others;3.Teachers with different background indicate no significant differences in their physical-mental health;4.However, there is significant positive correlation between teachers’ leisure participation and physical-mental health.
