Effectiveness evaluation and recommendation to Da-Dao-Cheng Urban Regeneration Station

碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 104 === Urban Regeneration Station, also known as URS,is plan that the government promote from 2010, in 2016, URS, including the station which is close, has more than ten, but at this stage the plan has many differences from the plan that in the past, in order to cater for different URS that stationed in different periods , give each URS a standard to help the government check their achievement,so the government established evaluation index in 2014,hope these established evaluation can help the committee to assess the effectiveness, but every different URS has different operators, the government's project can't resolution these URS ,it will cause those URS can't perform the result as expected, reducing the effectiveness that can be reached. Therefore, this study follow the government's six indicators to assess, by investigate the relevant literature, understand the relevant researchers is how to define that six indicators, and establish assessment methodology, which re-set in the six indicators's assessment project to assess the URS's effectiveness. Because there has five bases in Da-Dao-Cheng, which has more than half of the total amount, so choose the bases in Da-Dao-Cheng be the object of this study, this study will through evaluate the base around Da-Dao-Cheng, research URS's evaluation. By assessing the results of those projects, indicating that practice plan 's differences between base to base. Lastly, I hope this study may provide the government more different assessment projects, that can help the government to specific identification and control each base, and promote cooperation between the base, so that the operator will able to find another operator to help make up their own projects, finally, the differences between the bases can be converted to the URS project-driven power.
