Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 104 === The records of traditional wood-framed building on drawings are mostly presented in 2D or in the format of AutoCAD currently. However, different drawings cannot be referred to each other, and therefore the problem of inconsistency in drawings occurs. Revit was adopted in the study to establish the process of the parameterization of wooden structural components and the parameterized model of the wooden structure of the Main Hall of Taipei Rinzai (Linji) Buddhism Temple (Hu Guo Chan Si) presented in the form of building information modeling (BIM) model for the investigation of the problems faced by the construction and preservation of the current wood-framed building. The Main Hall of Taipei Rinzai (Linji) Buddhism Temple (Hu Guo Chan Si) was used as the example for operation in the study to investigate how Song style dougongs and Japanese style wooden structural components can be realized in parameterized information modeling based on the dougong (cap and block) composition principles regulated by the big-wooden-structure modular system in the compilation of Yingzao Fashi (Treatise on Architectural Methods) of the Song dynasty. The main contents are as follows: 1. Based on the descriptions related to dougongs in the Yingzao Fashi (Treatise on Architectural Methods) of the Song dynasty, the composition and characteristics of dougongs can be preliminarily known. With the composition method for the Song style dougongs being set up on the features of modular system, the parametric design for the wooden structural components of the model in BIM was relatively easy. A digital database of the ethnic elements in the integral wooden structural components was established in the process of the parametric modeling of wooden structural components of the Main Hall of Taipei Rinzai (Linji) Buddhism Temple (Hu Guo Chan Si). 2. The composition method of dougongs was understood in the process of building up parameterized dougongs with the use of Revit. Through the presentation of 3D models, the details of the joggle joints of wooden structural components can also be known precisely. As the reference of perception toward construction, it would be conducive to designers for making new designs of wooden structures in the future. 3. By presenting the parameterized model of the wooden structure of the Main Hall of Taipei Rinzai (Linji) Buddhism Temple (Hu Guo Chan Si) built up with the method of BIM, the maintenance expenses of it can be estimated in advance, and the volume of every component can also be calculated for the reduction of the waste of costs. The number of wooden structural components can be clearly known by viewing the schedule of detailed items, which helps a lot in the budget planning for construction. Besides, the differences between new and old building materials can be clearly shown by the presentation of color schemes, and the structural components that are prone to damage may also be effectively recorded, which helps people in knowing the condition of each structural component.
