Solar electricity generation represents a clean alternative to electricity from fossil fuels. Solar power has experienced remarkable growth in the United States in recent years. The propose of the study is to understand the United States renewable energy policy and law in solar photovoltaic (PV), discussing the solar photovoltaic developing trend along with the government policy in the United States, The conclusion and suggestion can be the consultation to the further reseacher and government. The study finds out that the solar photovoltaic in the United States has growing fast in recent years, that is attributed in signicant part to the federal investment tax credit (ITC) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) that has provided the largest investment in clean energy in American. It is deserved to understand under the more respect to the global solar power technology and lean the development of green technology. It can be useful Taiwan government to push the solar power industry and set the better solar power policy. Hwa-Meei Liou 劉華美 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
