碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 科技管理所 === 104 === With the development of globalization, there are lots of drastic competitions between enterprises. As a result, enterprises broaden their scale of company, obtain capital and strengthen competitiveness by merging other enterprise. In same time, authority need to prevent any behavior of restraint of competition by enforcing fair trade law. Authority have to manage to prevent that any enterprise that faces no competition or has a dominant position to enable it to exclude competition in the relevant market to protect public interest. In other hand, Authority also have to make sure that leaders of enterprises fulfill obligation and take a responsibility when they against law. Taiwan fair trade law was fully amended in February, 2015 .Taiwan’s regulation of merger control is mainly enacted in the Fair Trade law article ten to thirteen, article thirty nine and article forty one. Therefore, this study introduces merger control regulations from Fair Trade law and also classifies and analyzes all the merger case of Taiwan Finance industry. Finally, this study summarize the attitude and logic when authority enforces Fair Trade law in Finance industry.
