It is also a major research topic in the academic community. The image processing is divided into two groups :( a) Hardware design (b) Software design. Through hardware design, the disadvantage is that we must spend high cost on the evaluation board to study, and the hardware specification is fixed which causes the limitation on development. On the other hand, through the software design, primarily carried out through OPENCV processing, the advantage of the development process is easier, but it could easily lead to the difficulties of building up the end user environment to measure the system performance, that often results in the inconvenient use for end user. The purpose of this article is to design the developing platform to meet the market pricing by adopting the most heavily used FPGA as a main core, In the control signal, RS232 and the isolated I/O are used. The video input/output is designed by the TMDS standard protocol and with TMDS signal decoded.
