碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 104 === Screw is Known as "the rice of industry", Taiwan has topped the throne of "screw kingdom", until today, Taiwan is still the world's main supplier of one of the fastener product. The scale of fastener industry has reached NT$ 1,238.7 billion in 2015, related industrial applications including industrial machinery, construction industry and automotive industry. If the domestic fastener industry to improve production efficiency and capacity, we believe it will be more competitive in the international arena. First of all, this study apply Six Sigma DMAIC to find out why the availability of fasteners process is unfavorable, and proposed improvement measures to reduce mold change, increase production capacity and self-manufacture rate of the company, besides, to enhance customer satisfaction, increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Then supplemented by the concept of Standard Time to help the company to establish Standard Time of major products, provide production plans to establish basic data, and control operational efficiency and productivity in order to stable the stability of the company, improve production performance, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
