But because of cost increases year by year lead to higher license fee, so Subscribers have a lot complaints. Except for the complaint of price, they also criticize the channel content, reception quality and customer Service. Taiwan’s Cable TV companies should improve the way which they did before and emphasize the spirit of service, depend on quality of service as the main appeal. Taiwan’s Cable TV since the development so far has become indispensable to everyone’s lifetime. Therefor the service quality of Cable TV relates to the satisfaction of subscriber and is also the main factor of subscribers’ loyalty. In this paper, Peigang Cable Co. Yunlin County as the main object of research and analysis, supported by satisfaction survey results and the company''s current marketing strategy, provide references and suggestions.
