Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === Since Rural Rejuvenation Act was passed, those residents in rural communities have actively participated in Rural Rejuvenation Program to have had their communities become so called Rural Regeneration Communities; thus, they are eligible to get the budget annually from the government to revitalize and rejuvenate their communities. So far, eight communities are eligible to get the budget since Dec, 2015 in Huwei Township; they not only improve their hardware but have their communities become the tertiary sector of the economy and even the sixth industry (combining the primary, secondary, and the tertiary sectors) as well. Therefore, the researcher tried to explore residents’ sense of community, cognition of rural tourism and participation willingness; by data analysis, the results of the study could provide the relative units in Huwei Township with a clear map to plan rural tourism in those rural regeneration communities As for the collected data, the researcher adopted Independent-Sample T Test and One-way ANOVA. As for personal characteristics of community residents, the results of the study show that (1) residents’ gender, educational background, offspring, Rural Rejuvenation Program participation, location, and community organization participation have significant differences toward sense of community, (2) residents’ gender, Rural Rejuvenation Program participation, location, and community organization participation have significant differences in cognition of rural tourism, and (3) residents’ Rural Rejuvenation Program participation, location, and community organization participation have significant differences in participation willingness. Besides, by multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that (1) residents’ sense of community has significant influence on cognition of rural tourism, (2) residents’ cognition of rural tourism has significant influence on participation willingness, and (3) residents’ sense of community has significant influence on participation willingness. The researcher also interviewed the mayor in Huwei Township, and he said that it is possible to plan rural tourism in those rural regeneration communities and to offer fifty bikes and free shuttle bus service.
