We from the practical viewpoint in order to improve product quality and profit, by reducing waste and improving process, so as to improve production efficiency are all competitive organizations cover door. This papers is to with directional of four line signals joint for case analysis, using six what analysis method and six standard deviation technique to improved business drive bad rate, and do case analysis,to SPC application statistics analysis technology on production process for real-time monitoring, and with science of angle analysis production process in the produced quality volume of exception status, on overall production process for bad reasons analysis and improved business drive, reduced bad rate and proposed improved method upgrade production performance.
