Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程系碩士班在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to understand the current situations and difference to perception and attitude of patent rights for college of science and engineering students. In order to achieve the research purposes, this study adopted the survey method to design the “questionnaire of perception of patent rights” and the “questionnaire of attitude of patent rights”. We used the random sampling to obtain 245 valid samples at National Formosa University and analyzed the samples by SPAA statistical approaches including descriptive statistics analysis, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of the research results were as follows: The students scored low marks on the “patent rights properties” and the “patent rights restrictions”. Therefore, the perception of patent rights needs to improve. The attitude of patent rights for the students tends to be positive and to be strengthened. In other words, they have a great sense of learning and desire for career planning. Finally, the findings will be further discussed accordingly and concrete proposals will be provided as references for related institutes. First, it is need to encourage students to learn from each other, Secondly, emphasize the practical development of patent rights and education.
