Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 化學工程與材料工程學系奈米材料碩士班 === 104 === In recent years, due to environmental health and eco-consciousness, the traditional solvent-based PU (polyurethane) resin has gradually been replaced by waterborne PU resin trends. Althought these two PU resin application mode were similar latter did not result in an environmental friendly product environment pollution problems. However, the properties of the waterborne PU resins, such as low molecular weight of the aqueous resin, the mechanical properties, and the thermal resistance properties, cannot be compared with the conventional solvent-based PU resin. In order to solve the lack of the properties of the waterborne PU, this research using the relationship properties of nano-TiO2, including high strength, high modulus, high hardness, thermal resistance, flame resistance, good corrosion resistance and stable chemical properties, after mix with waterborne PU to manufacture waterborne PU/nano-TiO2 nanocomposites. It can be effectively enhanced the mechanical and the thermal properties of waterborne PU, and making the application of waterborne PU resin applied more widely.
