Literature review related to this study is about motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, and tourist. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnairess to the respondents. This study used multiple regression analysis.From the discussion and result analysis, so the conclusion in this research are: Push motivation affects the travel satisfaction. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher push motivation can affect the higher travel satisfaction of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia. Pull motivation affects the travel satisfaction. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher pull motivation can affect the higher travel satisfaction of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia Travel satisfaction affects destination loyalty. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher travel satisfaction can affect the higher destination loyalty of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia.
