However, on the market filled with many cosmetics and skin care products have add surfactants, environmental hormones or other potential chemicals which harmful to body and Ecology. On abroad, be certificated of organic cosmetics has been quite mature, In order to further understand the people, who awareness and usage the organic cosmetics status, therefore, this thesis is investigates the consumers of organic cosmetics perception and consumer behavior and overall satisfaction. This study was to quantify the questionnaire data collection, using convenience sampling method, for Taipei City, the New Taipei City, and Taoyuan of regions; the survey consumers are over the age of 18 years old. Research tools include: "Consumer Profile", "Perceptions of organic cosmetics scale ", "Consumer Behavior scale" and "overall satisfaction scale" etc. Formal questionnaire are using paper issuance, there are total valid questionnaires of 397. To useing SPSS 20.0 Descriptive Statistical Analysis, independing t-test, One-way Anova, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis, the test of hypothesis. The results are as follow: 1. The consumers has using organic cosmetics, is only 33 %, it said the current the organic cosmetics consumer is not the most popularization of. 2. For consumer perception of organic cosmetics, the highest level of the recognition, which is the "organic cosmetics certifications";Then organic cosmetics can bring safety health and value of ecological level, has more significant of cognition. 3. Consumer for perception of organic cosmetics, and consumer behavior, as well as overall satisfaction , those has the significant of correlation coefficient r= 0.418**, r= 0.664**, both are to the moderate correlation. Thus consumer’s perception for organic cosmetic is higher, the consumer behavior and their overall satisfaction are relatively better. The suggestions are listed below: 1. Consumers buying cosmetics should read the list of ingredient contents first, whereby refuse to use harmful substances for human , in order to ensure the health and protect environment for damage. 2. Cosmetic manufacturers should develop and innovative to some kind of organic cosmetics, then widely advocacy to consumers, organic cosmetics care about self health and for long-term value of the Earth, thereby creating a healthy and good high quality of life. 3. As soon as possible, Taiwan government should implement mechanisms of organic cosmetics certification, while consumers are buying organic cosmetic can has standard to follow.
