碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to enhance new-inhabitant female’s parenting capacity in the researcher’s living area. There are five new-inhabitant females taking part in the parenting group. The revision and evaluation of the group’s program is based on diverse materials, including observation records, program satisfaction questionnaire, interview texts, researcher’s introspection notes, collaborative discussions, program’s artifacts, and relevant documents, etc. There are three conclusions, including the feasibility of the program of new inhabitants’ parenting ability, the difficulty of the implementation of the program, revising strategy and researcher’s introspection of the program, and the effects of the program. At last, three suggestions for new-inhabitant females, future parenting educationist, and related educational institutions are proposed.
