| Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系 === 104 === This research aims to understand under government policy, what are the experience of Low-income Households families participating in Poverty Alleviation Programme. Through their experience and feedback of the image of poverty alleviation, what did they suffer, what were the predicament and what were their suggestion to inductive and analysis as an reference for promoting the programme and other related policy of poverty alleviation, building the professional and academic achievement support on this issue.
Basic on the result of this research, we can know the first impression of Poverty Alleviation Programme of low-income households family is the hope to get rid of the stress of being poor or they would be able to have financial support. After one year joining in this programme, acquisition of learning and building wider sensibleness, understanding and knowledge during courses and classes through the process.However, if we would like to make this program to be more consummate, increasing the employment opportunities is the crucial point. Adding jobs consultation, let them to be able to have a stable income is the expectation of these families.
In this research, the author suggestion basic on the aspect on policy, substantive and professional reference as following.
1.Emphasize the meaning of this policy and Propaganda to promote the consciousness and understanding of Poverty Alleviation Programme
2.Loan-exempt interest for low-income households families when they are in an emergency case borrowing money from income deposit.
3.Prolonged Insurance
4.Matchmaking employment
5.Strengthen the awareness of deposit
6.Applicability of courses
7.The course of personal exploration and Interpersonal should be as important as Conduct financial transactions, deposit
8.Flexibility of the willing for participating volunteer service
9.Be more encouraging and psychological support
