Description
Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 家庭研究與兒童發展學系家庭諮商與輔導碩士班 === 104 === The study aims the probation process of researcher’s life based on self-narration.Also, an action process of self-acceptance. The process began from an intimate relationship in researcher’s past. Through writing, researcher not only clarified the confusion but also experienced the emotion in the relationship once again. In the process, researcher understood her issue of “afraid of being abandon” came from the influence of her own family of origin. The researcher started to see herself, confront the rejection of herself and release the emotion; then, finally she free her love to self and accept herself. The research method is self-narration. Through the modified “representations” model of Lai Cheng-Bin (2005) revised from Flick’s “representations” model, the researcher gain more perception and confrontation from interpretation I、experience I, text I, and analyzing her life story. Moreover, the procedure enabled the researcher not only to verify traumatic events in the past with her mother, but also to generate new perception and understanding upon the mother- daughter relationship. The process of the self-acceptance: 1. Seeing the one who is not willing to face herself. 2. Admitting one self’s limit and giving the promise of not abandon. 3. Facing the rejection. 4. Starting to sympathize oneself and regard oneself optimistically. 5. loving oneself . 6. Seeing the true self. 7. Accepting oneself. In the process, researcher discovered the characteristics of self-acceptance: 1. Self- acceptance is a stage process. 2. The process demands patience and believing. 3. The love for one-self should keep flowing.
