The cloud invoicing application is one of non-entity electronic receipt and we would like to observe the attitude of consumers through the quality service of e-invoice mobile App. The main goal is to analyze the factors influencing customers' intention and usage of the cloud invoicing application. This thesis is based on diffusion of innovation theory and technology acceptance model as the main framework. Through the use of questionnaires, we found that the “advantage”, “complexity”, “compatibility” and “use of e-invoice membership card function effect consumers’ usage intention”. “Observability” and “use of the cloud invoicing application accounting functions” do not have significant effects on usage intention.
