Insurance associates nowadays have to face challenges more than ever in the current situation. Without timely giving associates the appropriate motivation factors and incentives, it is easily that the performance or the willingness to work of the associates will drop. Thus providing the effective and appropriate incentives for associates are now a constant goal for the insurance companies in hope to boost morale of their associates and improve the working performance. Often, these incentives factors are also used to motivate its workers to accomplish specific contest and goals. This research is primary discussing about the relationship between insurance associates and the incentive factors and its possible impact on them. A total of 60 survey questionnaires are given out to practising insurance associates from N insurance companies and received 45 valid surveys results. Study results show; firstly, educational courses and trainings have a positive impact to insurance associates. Secondly, motivating and incentives factors have positive impact on insurance associates. Lastly, different types of insurance associates should be given different motivating factors and incentives that are relative to them. In conclusion, recommendations will be given on management implications and practice in actual context , as well as for further research suggestion based on the study results.
