All levels of departments need the positive policy to meet this development and to improve competitive advantages. But among the user experience in system maintenance and feedbacks, upgraded version of evolution and a continuous improvements of the system is rarely to measure. In light of this, this study aims at combining of the system success model and technical acceptance model, to investigate the relationship between the system maintenance and feedbacks and upgraded version of evolution. This study proposes a model to evaluate the influence factors that effects of the relevant dimension by exploring literature reviews and interviews of the experts. A proposed model is including updated information system success model as independent variable, technology acceptance model as mediator and user satisfaction and continuance intention us of the system as dependent variables variables compare with the variance of private sector.
