In this research, questionnaire survey to sales force in F-Bank, is used for study about how leadership of managers and organization trust influence sale forces’ working attitude and their willingness to retain.Result shows the sale force care about managers’ attentions more than bonus in the study of leadership of managers. Besides, direct supports from executives and the career development are two key factors in the study of organization trust.The correlation of manager’s personality and performances could be studied for further researches.
