| Summary: | 碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This thesis focuses on the troublesomeness of the records in traditional hardcopy of working log sheets used within the off-duty for the Police Officers. This thesis employs the corresponding technology of the Management Information System and cloud computing to set up an efficient system for Police Officers.
There are some points in the proposed system. 1. The proposed system is executed by all the on-line Web page computers to fill out the electronic working logs including JGP, PDF files and are easily to be operated without queuing for waiting. 2. The other Police Officers have enough time that can double recheck the executing condition of the event without errors. 3. The data and the corresponding treatment can be safely stored in the computer for the advisor’s approving.
Therefore, throughout the implementation of this thesis, there are some special feathers of the proposed system for Police Officers: 1. Instead of the traditional paper sheets, the proposed system is executed by the cloud technology to keep the executing condition of the event in the database for the Police Officers. 2. The proposed system is efficient for Police and/or Supervisor to verify the processing cases through working record volume. 3. The proposed system can be easily acquiesced and/or approved by supervisor. 4. Space saving with respect to the tradition Hardcopy of working log sheets. 5. Solving the problems as to the ability of not readable of the confusing words and inquiring as well as saving of the hard paper.
