When it face the challenge from the international companies, the operating efficiency will be the most important key. In this study, we use the Department of DEA and Malmquist Index method to assess the operating efficiency of the securities industries in Taiwan. In this way, we can get the best results of the company in objective environment, and understand the relationship between the inputs and the outputs of each company to analyze the most efficient possible. According to the research results, it shows that the security industry in Taiwan, from 2010 to 2014, do not always have the technical efficiency, and they are also not the same companies. The Pure Technical Efficiency and Technological Change in this period are presented recession.
