Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 104 === With the arrival of the digital age, printed textbooks as traditional teaching medium have been transformed into electronic textbooks gradually. Widespread use of electronic textbooks will be the imminent trend of the future. This research is to investigate and analyze how elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City utilize electronic textbooks in mathematics. The statistical population consists of randomly sampled home-room teachers who also teach and use electronic textbooks in mathematics in public elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. Data is analyzed by using the statistics software package SPSS with statistical approaches which include Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression. Findings are list in the following: 1) Perceived ease of use shows significant difference in the elementary school teachers with different variables with regard to their “average weekly utilization rate” and “experience of using” when using electronic textbooks in mathematics. 2) Perceived usefulness shows significant difference in the elementary school teachers with different variables with regard to their “age”, “years in service”, “grade of the class”, “average weekly utilization rate” and “experience of using” when using electronic textbooks in mathematics. 3) Self-efficacy shows significant difference in the elementary school teachers with different variables with regard to their “education level”, “years in service” and “experience in usage” when using electronic textbooks in mathematics. 4) Usage condition shows significant difference in the elementary school teachers with different variables with regard to their “age”, “years in service, “grade of the class”, “average weekly utilization rate” and “experience of using” when using electronic textbooks in mathematics.
