The manufacturing industry had to get on some organizational change. However the organizational change will change organization commitment and organizational climate and then will let the employees have uncertain feelings for the future. That will increase the employees job pressure and affect their job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to research how organizational change, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and job pressure influence job satisfaction. This research based on the related literature and surveyed the employees of P company in Jiangxia. Then analysis the datas according to the following methods, descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, and regression Analysis. The findings of this research are as following: (1) The concept “crisis” of Organizational Change can predict the employees’ Job Satisfaction only on the aspect of “colleagues.” And the concept “individual rights” of Organizational Change can predict the employees’ Job Satisfaction only on the aspects of “salary” and “promotion.” (2) The concept “responsibilities” of Organizational Climate can predict every aspect of the employees’ Job Satisfaction. And the concept “support” of Organizational Climate can predict the employees’ Job Satisfaction only on the aspects of “superiors” and “colleagues.” (3) The Organizational Commitment can predict the employees’ Job Satisfaction on the aspects of “job”, “promotion”, “superiors”,and “colleagues.” (4) The concept “worklord” of Job Pressure can predict the employees’ Job Satisfaction only on the aspects of “salary” and “job.”
