Web 2.0, it varies many trends and makes an enormous change in traditional distribution channel. Except basic marketing knowledge, it also needs to know about the conception of information technology、operations and characters of media and community in network marketing. For these reasons, it brings a necessity of specialization in network marketing and then consultant expertise appears. In a great and competitive market, it brings a new role - network marketing consultant. They create customer value proposition and integrate available resources to develop profit models. However, They face a big challenge due to the limitations of resources, such as human resources、equipment and technologies et cetera, so they require innovating their business models actively for maintaining their advantage of competitiveness. Therefore, using Kaohsiung N. K. M. Network Marketing Consultative Studio as a study objet in this research. At first, this research is through bibliography and documents gathering to analyze all functions of marketing consultant and general situation of industrial environment, which includes the value of output、demand et cetera. Next, its concept and structure are based on business model and then collect dates of each case to generalize this studio how to integrate available resources to create its customer value and how to establish a high grade cost and a structure with great profit in the process of starting its business.
