Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the competency model and competency-base program, as the reference to establish the training course for narrators. The competency model, using the interview method of competency analysis to conclude and analyze the interview data to produce the first draft of "Competency Model Form", further, using DACUM to evaluate and finalize the main responsibility and work task in the draft. Also, the competency model built by competency analysis is to develop the competency-base program. It is expected that the narrator to be able to equip with necessary competency cultivation and present the ability of behavioral indicator by acquiring such programs. Sequentially, the narrator can gradually start the leaning preparation for the job and enhance the job ability through the assistance of course blue-printed plan from the competency rating system. For the labor market, it is expected to enhance the labor quality of industry, help for job search, support the required manpower in labor market, accumulate labor capital goods and raise the comprehensive competitiveness of industry. This study also build up a model for analysis, consolidation and establishment for competency model and training program, providing a reference sample report for further researcher in academic and industrial fields. It is also expected the study can make contribution, helping the industries produce the high-level competency model and training program to develop the high quality human resource in the future.
