In which, Facebook is the highest utilization of user by Mark Elliot Zuckerberg created in 2004. Due to a lots of users and information spread so rapidly, Taiwanese enterprises also set off an upsurge of set up Facebook Fans Page. Through the community platform hope to find and even create business opportunities. They are trying to cater for the trend and actively involved in Facebook Fans Page. Whether or not the business will become prosperous? Carriers and Multimedia industry see the opportunities, have put forward relevant Facebook Fans Page project. Purpose is to help enterprise to sustainable growth in social network. The aim of this research propose a Fans-page hosting industry to understand the different characteristics of demand as a reference material. Using survey research methods, our questionnaires target is Fans-page operators. The questionnaires results are analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Finally, analysis of questionnaires, the research can get the conclusions. Provide hosting owners who can serve as a target for promotion business, as follows: 1.The enterprises attach importance to Fans-page, but they had some trouble. Such as, "don't have time to manage," or "fans do not want to share any things on the Fans-page". 2.The enterprises care about the customer relationship, but they don’t have a persons to maintain the Fans-page. 3.The enterprises have limited resources or capacity and willing to pay $ 5,000 per month or less for the hosting owner. 4.For some reason the enterpirses consider outsource hosting the business Fans-page. For example, some enterprises don't want to hire full-time staff to develop business Fans-page, enterprises couldn't understand the Fans-page functions, enterprises don't have time to develop business Fans-page or part-time workers have highly rates of resigned, they afraid that they couldn't sustainable development in business fans page and also detrimental to the brand image.
