Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === This study aims to discuss the relationship among job demands, job resources, job burnout and workplace well-being of field firefighters by the foundation of Job Demands-Resources model. The research conclusions and suggestions were developed by the literature review, questionnaire, items analysis, reliability and validity analysis, statistics and data analysis. The participants are the field firefighters of Tainan City Government Fire Bureau. Issued total 343 questionnaires, 304 were valid, and returned rate is 88.6%. The research is carried out by descriptive statistical analysis, t test, mono-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. Our goal is to find out the reasons and solution of Job burnout, provide assistances for the city fire department in time, lower the risk of physical or mental unhealthy affect, and create a better working environment and workplace well-being. The conclusions were found by empirical analysis as follow: 1. Job resources and job burnout show significant deviation on different ages, job position and seniority. 2. Job resources and job burnout show significant deviation on different gender, highest education level and marital status. 3. Job demands show significant deviation on different gender, ages, highest education level, marital status, job position and seniority. 4. Job demands have a partially significant effect on job happiness. 5. Job resources have a partially significant effect on job happiness. 6. Job burnout has a partially significant effect on job happiness. 7. Job demands, resources and burnout have predictive function on job happiness. The results showed that “work satisfaction”, “respect of workers”, “care of organization” and “private life interference” have predictive function. The “work satisfaction” is the most predictable variation. (β=0.310) The overall predictability is 33.4%. Finally, according to the result, recommendations related to job demands, job resources, job burnout and job happiness will bring out to the case study and future study.
