Environmental protection developed to green energy gradually. In the current situation, there are certain technology and markets in the aspect of solar power. However, to emphasize green energy ,we would use what is in our everyday life to convert the invisible energy into tangible and available things. For example, Micro wind power ,Trees to generate electric power, Urine to generate electric power. Take advantage of the natural energy , and convert them into an effective source to use. The sustainable development without influencing our environment is the core purpose of green energy. This study proposes a method is about Low-power energy harvesting .Nowadays , piezoelectric device is a hot word, but what works can used for it to maximize the effect is a breakthrough. How to get maximum efficiency of the piezoelectric device ,there are several conditions: 1) stable natural energy sources, 2) the piezoelectric device in the biggest shock of magnitude, and 3) the circuit can operate efficiently. Therefore, this study to create a circuit that has three conditions of the acquisition, and then were placed in a bicycle and Tainan Cultural Sword Lion to capture energy. In the portion of bike, we put the Cantilever piezoelectric device on a bicycle. Use the wind speed when riding, and apply the concept of leveraging the power to make piezoelectric device vibrate. Because many people will bike to travel or use bicycle to do exercise, it is a great conception to combine wind and vibrations to obtain the stable power sources so that the piezoelectric device can generate power stably. Tainan Cultural Sword Lion is one of the cultural characteristics in Anping .Tainan Cultural Sword Lion is king of the beasts. In the folk custom, residents often hanging up it on the roof to protect people from evil. Therefore, Tainan Cultural Sword Lion are in elevated positions, so that we combine wind and vibration and then place the piezoelectric device in the position of the Tainan Cultural Sword Lion, where the largest wind power to make piezoelectric device generate the maximum power .Subverting the general impression of the traditional Tainan Cultural Sword Lion ,we make a connection between the technology and local cultural characteristics to become a unprecedented energy technology features.
