The main purpose of utilizing dual cameras is for employing robot arm and inspection large plastic product. The function of dual cameras can enhance the flexibility of the production line and the accuracy of the production inspection. The mold protection equipment can assure production quality, reduce production cost, and avoid mold damage and industrial accident. The equipment utilizes two industrial cameras to inspect plastic product in real time. This automated plastic mold monitor captures images at “mold in place” and “thimble in place” respectively, the former is to inspect plastic product and confirm whether the product is defective, and the latter is to monitor mold and check whether any residue exists after the exit of the product. The residue check can avoid mold crack because residue plastic material can cause mold damage at the next injection cycle.
