Based on the attitude of the Long-Term Care Insurance, this study tries to explore the viewpoint on the Long-Term Care Insurance of the people in different members and different communities. To achieve the conclusion, this study uses "The Questionnaire of the Attitude to the Insurance" as a research tool to analyze the viewpoint from different members and different communities. At last, this study uses Cross-Analysis and Descriptive Statistical Analysis to analyze the current members from different communities for the attitude towards purchasing the Long-Term Care Insurance. The result finds that: There are three categories of the critical factors on the attitude towards purchasing the Long-Term Care Insurance. Second, if someone doesn't have care experience, with no children, ages fall outside 30 to 39 years, in the low-income groups, single, university and graduate school graduates, who will not purchase the Long-Term Care Insurance. Third, there is no significant effect between gender, the estimated cost of long-term care, and the attitude towards purchasing the Long-Term Care Insurance. In short, when a person decides to purchase the Long-Term Care Insurance, except for the economic reasons, most of them decide to purchase it because of "the responsibility for the family" and "its own background and experience ". Finally, according to the research in this study, the support of the Long-Term Care Insurance from the government is apparently short. Besides to expecting the government, the business insurance company can, also, based on the found in this study, invent products that fulfill the need of caring and responsibility between people, to complete the gap of government’s support for the Long-Term Care Insurance.
