Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 104 === Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the output overview and benefit of the service quality of Lioujia District Office regarding the "superior quality handy service for the public, information and internet service, innovative added-value service" and other respects, from which the service quality mode of "in-house service, to-house service, ideal new home, sustainable homeland" was developed. Relevant recommendations were proposed according to the research results as a reference for future researches on district office service quality. This research adopted the case study method as a measure and took Lioujia District Office, Tainan City as the research object, and through interpretation readers can realize the service quality mode of basic district offices. The effort done by Lioujia District Office on elevating service quality is eligible to be a reference model for other district offices. This research integrated the implications of service quality theory and the exploration of case practice operation, and used the home-oriented service mode of work belief to develop a service quality operating mode exclusive for Lioujia District Office, and provide a reference for academic research and operation practice of service quality for domestic district offices. In the process of driving the service quality, it was found that Lioujia District Office locates at a remote area and the connection between people is an important characteristic. Hence, a homecoming service is considered a suitable service mode. And in response to the three respects in the Service Quality Award of Executive Yuan: superior quality handy service for the public, information and internet service, and innovative added-value service, the work belief of "HOME district office" was developed. The empirical result had constructed three managerial strategies: "superior quality handy service for the public, information and internet service, innovative added-value service", for the district office to make effort for achieving a sustainable homeland, to construct the system and value of district administration service and to elevate the characteristic of district office's service quality. The district office holds an active, positive and passionate attitude to offer the publics the service as if at home and had developed the "You stay, I come" to-home mobile service for people to do public business without going out. Also, multiple resources development was integrated to create more innovative services of ideal homeland. The purpose for endeavoring is to turn Liochia District into a quiet, comfortable and safe homeland of "Children return, guests stay", and thereby to attract more people to come for sightseeing and leisure activities.
